I have only been training with Mac for around 2 months, but I have started to feel the effects of his training. I am a competitive swimmer, and I needed to build my strength for an upcoming competition. When I started training with Mac, I could only do 2-3 pull-ups with huge struggles. After just 2 months of hard work, I was able to do 10 pull-ups easily. He is a friendly and encouraging person who motivates me after every set. Despite only training with him for a short period of time, I saw the effects and won multiple medals in my competition. He knows how to alter the set to my needs and is very experienced in gym work. Would recommend to anyone. 11/10

I can't express enough how grateful I am to work with Diana on my life journey of healing and growth. I have had a very hard time finding a good trainer. Marvin is a great catch and I am very happy to have found him. I have a long way to go on my fitness journey and he has found the right balance of pushing me and yet making sure that I don't dread coming to the gym. He is VERY GOOD with technique and form.. which I think is a critical foundation for the fitness journey.
