I was always athletic at school. I was a part of as many sports clubs as possible and I would never seem to slow down – being active is simply who I am. When I first joined a gym I quickly learnt that I could set new milestones and beat them again and again. Being able to see progression was fascinating and pushing myself to new limits was great. I became friends with the personal trainers at my gym and the job they were describing was simply perfect for me. I then booked onto my first training course and the rest was history!
I have a Master Personal Trainer Diploma, certifications in sports massage, and even ante and postnatal instructing. I’m certified to instruct cycling, weight lifting, and circuit training.

I met Anne in February 2024. We had a videocall and discussed about my goals, my injuries, my health and my training history. Once she had all this information, she prepared a very detailed proposal and I chose the programme that was perfect for me and my budget. I received a detailed and comprehensive programme that is also supported with videos where Anne explains the correct technique of each exercise and variations depending your level of strength. These videos are a game changer. We also have calls and discuss progress, my nutrition and next steps. I'm really glad I met Anne. She has been supportive and has helped me to stay engaged and to enjoy training again. I feel more motivated to train because I have a plan to follow and someone that is with me along the way to help and keep me in the right track.

Anne’s attention to detail and listening to my needs has been fantastic. She is both professional but also very personable and a great motivator. As I’ve become more comfortable with training she’s adapted our sessions to keep them both engaging and challenging. I highly recommend her as a trainer who is focused on long term sustainable results whilst still having fun with working out.

Workouts are detailed and great to follow to ensure technique is correct. Great postpartum exercises and the ability to communicate easily online at any time.
