I was always athletic at school. I was a part of as many sports clubs as possible and I would never seem to slow down – being active is simply who I am. When I first joined a gym I quickly learnt that I could set new milestones and beat them again and again. Being able to see progression was fascinating and pushing myself to new limits was great. I became friends with the personal trainers at my gym and the job they were describing was simply perfect for me. I then booked onto my first training course and the rest was history!
I have a Master Personal Trainer Diploma, certifications in sports massage, and even ante and postnatal instructing. I’m certified to instruct cycling, weight lifting, and circuit training.

I started training with Will 9 months ago and the benefits were terrific! I initially had concerns about being able to deliver the programme online in terms of maintaining good form and technique, but the feedback was excellent. The ability to break everything down in an understable way without complicated fitness industry jargon is a great skill that’s often underestimated. I found it so helpful. The strength levels I’ve gained exceeded any expectations I had. And the bonus health benefits that go hand in hand with fitness and strength training are a no-brainer - it’s great!

I would highly recommend Will as an Onlice Coach and trainer. He’s coached me for 5yrs. I’m a competitive rower and previously had a 2k PB of 6.58. During a 3-month run up to an international competition, my goal was to beat that and get 6.50. I ended up achieving a 6.41 time smashing the previous PB. There were times where I fell off the program, had doubts etc but Will was there every step of the way to help me through the dark moments. The exercise program coupled with motivational monitoring was the key to me achieving my goal!
