Lon is a great teacher and all round good guy. He's got a really insightful and patient teaching style so I've learnt a lot in a short space of time, would definitely recommend for boxing/fitness classes!

Outstanding. Highly recommended. Have been training with Robin for over 9 months now. Feeling much fitter, stronger, more balanced, results are coming through. Robin is very punctual, never late, never misses a session. Creates consistent good workout routines. Always remembers what body parts have been done last time and what needs to be done during the upcoming session. Perfect balance of being friendly but also not overly talkative and distractive during the class. Feels like he really cares about your performance and progress and goes above and beyond to assist in any possible way. Religious with stretching before and after the session. Polite but pushes you when needed.
